VOLUNTEER INFO:
Choose yours shift(s) above and reserve your space. No tickets are required, but registration is necessary to reserve your time slot. Please arrive 5 minutes before for your shift! Upon arrival, please check-in with Store Manager Devon. You can email dbogg@bridesabc.org or call 877-721-HOPE (4673) with any questions.
You can also sign up for multiple days and shifts. Feel free to invite your friends, family and co-workers -- even your husbands and boyfriends (we need guys to help with the heavy stuff!).
Where You Can Help
1. Bridesmaids Team (Gown Sale Prep)-Assist store manager with upcoming show inventory -Select dresses to ship, prepare boxes to ship to traveling team -Assist with re-tagging and pricing of gowns Breakdown boxes in back -Hang slips, if possible, by size & style -Assist Mother of the Bride team with cleaned gowns (Hang in correct area) -Assist store manager with racks, arrange dresses by size on rack -Assist maid of honor team returning inventory after bridal appointments
2. Mother of the Bride Team - Assist wedding coordinator team with gown cleaning.
3.Wedding Coordinator Team- Assist store manager and other volunteers with intake process. Hang up gowns and assess gowns condition, fill out hanging tag which lists size, designer and price.
4. Maid of Honor Team -Assist with bridal appointments (Retail experience needed) Prep racks based on brides needs, restock inventory, assist wedding coordinator team with new inventory.
What to Wear
Please wear dressy attire, such as khaki, black or brown pants or skirt. You can wear jeans as long as there are no rips or holes! Don’t forget comfortable shoes!
Bring Friends!
Invite your friends, family and colleagues to join you! We need men too, especially for set up, tear down and to help return gowns to the racks during the sale, so invite your boyfriend, fiancé and brothers to help!
